Meet J. Baranski

Justin picked up his first tool at age two. Raised in his grandfather’s woodworking shop, Justin learned early that sawdust, patience, and precision were the roots of real craftsmanship. Week after week, year after year, he absorbed the artistry of carpentry — not just how to build, but how to craft with care.

Craft became design, and design became structure.

That same creative spark eventually met the stage, where Justin found his footing as a scenic designer. There, he mastered the art of blending form and function, building pieces that not only had to look stunning but also stand strong under pressure.

Developing a balance of beauty and durability led him to architecture, where he earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and continues to work today as a project developer. He designs dream homes, collaborates on commercial spaces, and brings structure to creative ideas from the ground up.

Natural texture. Honest grain.
Clean lines.

Today, Justin is still in the workshop with his grandfather, designing and building custom furniture, decor, lighting, and more. From sculptural lamps to floating shelves, restored vintage pieces to custom lighters, his work blends clean aesthetics with practical functionality. He focuses heavily on showcasing natural wood grain and texture — letting the material speak as much as the design. Everything they make together is rooted in honest artistry, thoughtful construction, and a deep respect for making things well.

Now, he's building something bigger.

A business where people can bring their wildest aesthetic ideas and watch them come to life. Whether it’s a piece they’ve dreamed of but never seen, or a space that needs just the right finishing touch, he’s here to make it real — one handmade creation at a time.
